This is the 5th vehicle our family has bought from Oregans in the last 10 years, 4 of those in the last 3 years. The reason for this is simple, from sales to service all of the employees we have dealt Oregans in the last 10 years, 4 of those in the last 3 years. The reason for this is simple, from sales to service all of the employees we have dealt with have been very professional and courteous in every instance. For example,although I have dealt with a number of people in service over the years all of them excellent, most recently I had the pleasure to deal with a mechanic named Blake, who when I dropped in late in the evening, without appointment, stayed after his shift on his own time to take my car for a test drive and offer an opinion as to the problem and suggest an appointment to effect the repairs. Also,at the same time I dealt with Colin, the service rep.,who when I brought my vehicle in for a waiting appointment on a day when he was short the mechanic (due to illness) who was scheduled to repair my car, he, in my opinion went above and beyond to adjust schedules in the garage to accomodate me and minimize my wait time. In the sales department, my family has dealt with Shafin, purchasing 4 vehicles through him. In every incident he has been been polite, courteous and professional throughout the sales process. Although, I understand his responsibility to the dealership to due his best for them, I feel that without conflict to his position that he has done his best to accomodate my needs in this process to achieve the best deal possible for me. Again, I would like to give you an example, In 2008 it was my 30th wedding anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wife with a new Cobalt. The model and color I wanted was not available and I only had a week to try to achieve my goal. Shafin searched dealerships throughout the maritimes to try and meet my request and was able to deliver the vehicle to me with three days to spare. Although he has done many things over the years to earn my respect, loyalty and friendship I believe this example epitomizes his attitude and commitment both the dealership and the public as I am sure he treats all of his clients as he treats me. In closing I would like to say that I have just purchased a 2011 Colorado. In this instance I was also comtemplating buying a Ranger due to the sizable price difference. However, due to the efforts of Shafin, Jamie and my many positive experiences with the Oregan family of employees, the final decision was inevitable. I bought the Colorado. More

This was my first experience dealing with O'Reagan's GMC This was my first experience dealing with O'Reagan's GMC and did not know what to expect going in. I was greated in the parking lot by their greeter shortly after i stepped out of my vehicle and was ushered right inside where I was introduced to Shafin. Right from the onset Shafin could not have been more helpful or courteous, he made our experience a pleasent and enjoyable one and was sure to find out exactly what our wishes and expectations where of the vehicle we were interested in. Shafin followed up our inital visit with a phone call the next day to see if we had any further questions and to confirm that he would be available on the following Saturday for our meeting. we ended up purchasing our new vehicle that day as he worked with us to get purchase price in the area we needed it to be. He has also made a follow up call days after our purchase to make sure everything was going fine. He was truly a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purcahse a vehicle.
