Beware!! Do not take your car here for repairs of any kind. This is the worse place my husband and I have ever received service. Do not deal with Kate or Mike Baker from the service department in particular. They will mislead you and contradict themselves and you will get nothing out of it except frustration. The service department has had our car for almost 2 weeks for an alternator replacement under warranty, and now they are telling us it will be longer than that. No compensation. We are stuck renting a car as they will not cover the cost of that either, even though it is their mistake. Rude, inconsistent, no communication and lies. Very disappointing. More

I took the vehicle to two other service outlets and they could find nothing wrong with the lower ball joints. Went back and spoke with the service manager and he basically called me a, I won't say.The vehicle had approximately 40,00 miles and always serviced at O'Regans and they never brought the ball joints up as an issue in any of the servicing.I have bout a lot of vehicles from them but at this point in time, when it comes time to get another new vehicle I will have my doubts about buying from them More

I had to take my truck in for service for a few different I had to take my truck in for service for a few different reasons the most recent being the tire went flat and squeak in the back end. With the tire I had to take my truck in for service for a few different reasons the most recent being the tire went flat and squeak in the back end. With the tire they were almost ready to close if not closed and service advisor Matt went above and beyond running out and grabbing one of the young guys who agreed to stay late on a Friday and change the tire, Matt got me a brand new tire and sent me on my way. I was then in for a back end squeak and had Nick the shop manager took care of it and had it fixed quickly he said if it happened again to come back and let him know and he would have it replaced which gave me piece of mind knowing he would take care of it if it happened again. Also had Dennis as an advisor when I was getting an oil change, he was great too. Matt, Nick and Dennis were all knowledgeable, gave great customer service, were friendly and professional. Rob More

First, I wasn't given 5 minutes in the car alone so I could evaluate it without a salesman talking my ear off. Asked who owned the car and was told he didn't know. I didn't want names, I only wanted to know if it was a kid or an adult, old person, young person, etc. Salesman Matt was very evasive when I asked anything about the car's history. I asked for a couple of things that would be included in the price like 'detailing', which was never done, under coating and to fix two of the rims. One price was on the car (the price that makes the dealership 'feel good'. Asked if that was with taxes in and was told no, so I asked what the price would be on the road/what was coming out of my pocket. Was told another price (scribbled on a paper that looked like a napkin), so I agreed to price. Went in to pick up vehicle, it was not ready, waited for almost 2 hours, was shocked at signing price as it was $7000 above price quoted. The salesman told my spouse that he would give me a good deal if I went in. THAT's a good deal?! Signed anyway as I was very late for work. The rims are not done, detailing was not done, the inside of the car was a mess; salt stuck all over the carpet where the gas pedal is, hair, dust and sticky spots everywhere, also white speckles that look like paint splatter on the seats, and missing one floor mat. The detailing was done, but I was charged. It is a 2008 Cadillac. When I phoned that night, I was basically told "it's your car now, but you can pick up the floor mat". I was also bribed with two $50 certificates if I gave the salesman a good review and referred other people to him. My reviews cannot be bought. If you give me good service and are HONEST with me, I will automatically give you a great review. The certificates will be going back as I won't ever be using them. Also overheard another salesman tell a gentleman that he "wasted all his time" because the gentleman decided not to go with the truck that he wanted. More

This is the second vehicle that we purchased from O'Regan's Chevolet in Halifax. Shafin was excellent in customer service , polite and professional. Shafin said that he would call us if a truck meeting our needs can in on trade. Over the next 2 weeks Shafin call several times to keep us updated and within 2 weeks found the perfect truck.
