They want your money EVERYTIME you walk through the door. They have trouble diagnosing electrical faults and sometimes can't but still charge you nearly $200 for the diagnostic fee. They push services on you They have trouble diagnosing electrical faults and sometimes can't but still charge you nearly $200 for the diagnostic fee. They push services on you like they're going out of style. It takes weeks to get your car in for service and when you do, it's never ready on time. There's always something else the "must" do on your car when you go in for service and I talked to a tech about why they couldn't diagnose a couple of electrical faults and he mentioned that he worked for Honda for years and wasn't up to speed on BMW's yet. He pointed around the shop to another Honda tech, one from Toyota and one from Volkswagen. It takes many years to be certified to work on BMW's and these guys only go for training once a year each, for a week or so. What a total scam. More

Long waits, appointments not kept to, wrong parts ordered, faults that couldn't be diagnosed or fixed properly. Any pre inspection must have been a glance over at best, not finding the electrical problems or that brakes were nearly worn out on an almost new vehicle. Service visits seemed to be an opportunity by the dealer to charge ridiculous prices for anything not covered by warranty. Didn't refund my money when I was overcharged, but quick to call and ask for money when the opposite mistake was made. Worst customer service I've ever ever had, doing my best to steer family and friends away from this dealer chain. More

We talked price down some because there was a dent with paint coming off and lots of scratches around the trunk and handles. We put our down payment on they said congrats and put sold in the window. Then they say we can't do it because the month term he told us we couldn't do 6 years had to be 5. They should have not sold it yet pending on what the bank said and also told us that it was not for sure. They didn't apologize for writing down wrong numbers for us or not letting us know. I do not recommend bmw Halifax kempt road to ANYONE. More
