We were sold an SUV, that had alot of hiding underlying problems. Within two weeks of having the vehicle the SUV had a leak, AC never worked, and back wiper blade failed. terrible deceitful Graham Jackson told me i had full approval for an amount of over 23000 an excellent interest rate and the car would be delivered the next day. James Garlimah arrived with car went to my bank received my monthly bank satements for several months, a void check bypassed my lender and aid we must go to motor licence office where he had this very nervous senior with disabilities..myself., signing many many papers iTHE ONE SHEET OF PAPER WHICH HAS THR INTEREST RATE AND TRUE TOTAL WAS SHOVED IN THE GLOVE BOX AND I did not see it until 4 days later..it is hirrific at 17 percent and 84 month term i did not sign that page as IT WAS VERY SIMPLY HIDDEN FROM ME....VERY ASHAMED AND UPSET WITH THIS WHOLE BAD DEAL I have requested a second key also....no results....am very unhappy with CAA who recommended obrians...i am 40 year caa member Marilyn Courtea true tol is39000= More
