Rusting 2010 Lexus RX450h Brought a Lexus "certified" used 2010 RX450h on yr2011 for over $55k...start rusting at the tailgate, paint pops out and etc since yr2013. After our Brought a Lexus "certified" used 2010 RX450h on yr2011 for over $55k...start rusting at the tailgate, paint pops out and etc since yr2013. After our mechanic checked this, they show us how this car was involved in some kind of collision with the rear bumper and tailgate repainted, however, a very poor cheap paint job that may only last long enough for this dealer to sell this car. I spent another $2000 to replace the bumper, repaint tailgate....Learn a lesson always take the car and checked by your own mechanic and do not trust the whatever Lexus certified, carfax, Northwest dealers/salesman and etc. Unfortunately, I'm afraid Lexus reputation continue to be damaged by this bad apple if this is how they do business. To my surprise almost 1 year later Kevin will greet me with a great attitude and respect Wow that is amazing. I had some issue with my Vehicle, and the service department was amazing, I have never encountered this type of service from anywhere. I have recommended Northwest Lexus to my friend and co-workers and they have been amazed. I had to write this because when a customer like me have an issue with there vehicle, we always forget it is the manufactor that built the vehicle not the dealership and because of the great service at Northwest Lexus it has been a great experience dealing with Northwest Lexus. This has been hands down the easiest rating I would ever have to give any dealership. The quality and level of customer service was phenomenal. I searched 4 different Lexus dealers and prior to that, Subaru, Mazda, Mercedes and Honda.We have a new addition to the family so had to retire the 2 door civic and get a 4 door vehicle. After trying to deal with 3 other Lexus dealers - most of which were friendly we were super impressed by Jacek Rusin at Northwest Lexus. We just had a baby and he came out with the car to our place for us to test drive. Even though this car took 2 months to get (Japan earthquake) he never over promised the timing of when it would arrive. Other dealers told me they could have the car in 3-4 weeks or 4 months -. But he made it clear it would take 7-8 (and he was right on). I had a good price on the vehicle and he matched it. More
