I had walked into Northwest Lexus just to have a feel for a used RX 3 I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Northwest Lexus. I had walked into Northwest Lexus just to have a feel for a used RX 350 and check the availability. I ended up meeting with Goldie Sharma and I must say that I am very glad to have met him that day. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but extremely professional. I did not walk into Northwest Lexus that day intending to buy a car, but Goldie, after knowing my situation, and my checklist suggested a few options. The best part that I really like about my experience was that there was no pressure tactics - everything was to the point and precise and by the end of the meeting, Goldie was able to locate the right vehicle for me. The process of buying the vehicle and after sales followup has been extremely cordial and seamless. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy at Northwest Lexus to call on Goldie and I am sure that your experience of buying a car would be extremely pleasant. Rusting 2010 Lexus RX450h Brought a Lexus "certified" used 2010 RX450h on yr2011 for over $55k...start rusting at the tailgate, paint pops out and etc since yr2013. After our Brought a Lexus "certified" used 2010 RX450h on yr2011 for over $55k...start rusting at the tailgate, paint pops out and etc since yr2013. After our mechanic checked this, they show us how this car was involved in some kind of collision with the rear bumper and tailgate repainted, however, a very poor cheap paint job that may only last long enough for this dealer to sell this car. I spent another $2000 to replace the bumper, repaint tailgate....Learn a lesson always take the car and checked by your own mechanic and do not trust the whatever Lexus certified, carfax, Northwest dealers/salesman and etc. Unfortunately, I'm afraid Lexus reputation continue to be damaged by this bad apple if this is how they do business.
