Not at all a pushy salesman , he told me exactly everything that I needed to know about the car and was not made up. His words and the carproof were like a blueprint. He gave me an amazing deal for an amazing price with warranty as well. I am really happy with the car and the deal and when i plan to switch I have a place to go. i would definitely recommend this place if you like the cars he has. More

The moment I walked in Ben made me feel very comfortable. He was not your typical car dealer . I didn’t feel pressured, and he answered all my questions. He had the car I was looking for. When I came back a week later to pick It up, he had changed all the brakes for me and put on new tires. I could not of asked for a more pleasant experience. I visited Northwest Autohaus on a Sunday and met Ben, th I am editing this review after receiving a call from Ben, the Owner of Northwest Autohaus. I visited Northwest Autohaus on a Sunday and met Ben, the owner. He was very friendly and was nice enough to come in on a Sunday to show me the car by appointment. The car I was test driving was a 2012 black Passat. The car ad said "NO ACCIDENTS" in bold print and in our conversation he mentioned the car was off-lease from VW. When I test drove the car the tire pressure light came on and there was a noticeable tire wobble. I let Ben know of this and it didn't really seem to phase him, hopefully it was simply the new tires adjusting to temperatures - he is the experienced dealer, so I trusted it was not a real issue. After test driving the car We exchanged pleasantries and I left. That evening I asked for a copy of the carproof report and Ben sent it to me the next day. When I looked at it the car had one insurance record for damage to the rear passenger side with an estimate for $1,700. Not a large amount of damage, but also contrary to the Ad, which stated "NO ACCIDENTS". In our conversation, as mentioned above, Ben stated that this car was off-lease and was a 1 owner vehicle. The carproof had 5 prior owners listed. That was enough for me to feel I had a bad experience and to leave a review based on my experience at that time. Ben called me this morning to discuss the poor review, he seemed very concerned, which is a good sign that he cares about his business, hopefully he cares about his customers just as much. Ben was not angry when he called me, we was very calm and courteous, which I appreciated as I'm sure my bad review was upsetting to him. Ben apologized for the ad and our conversation not accurately reflecting the carproof report. Ben also mentioned that dealers are not required to disclose damage under $3,000, which I looked up and is true. This still does not sit right with me considering the Ad does say "no accidents". Perhaps this was not a collision, but rather one of the prior owners backing into something, which could be construed as "no accidents". Perhaps Ben also forgot the vehicle history when he advised that there was only one prior owner, as Ben put it "no one is perfect, we all make mistakes". Ben apologized again and did offer to help me find the exact vehicle I was looking for - no accidents, lower end of mileage and one prior owner and offered to do so at a great price. Because Ben has made the effort to contact me, explain the situation and even offered to personally source the car I was looking for, I have changed the review to reflect this. I don't feel that the only two options for "would you recommend this dealership" should be "Yes" or "No" , there should be an "undecided" option. For now I am saying "yes", only because I do want to give Ben an opportunity and do not wish to give him bad press in the meantime. I am undecided at this time based on my experience. Take this review as you may based on the facts above. More

Once you interact with him, he makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Going to northwest Autohaus does not feel like you are in a dealership, even thought it's surround by beautiful cars haha. Based on my experience, I definitely would come back and not go anywhere else to look for used cars. I'm loving the Audi A3 that I purchased from him, couldn't have asked for a better service. Had minor Audi issues that were not forseeable, but Ben went above and beyond and fixed it. Best service!!! More

I read a few of the reviews on file and am absolutely shocked at the negative comments because my buying experience with Ben has been one of the most I read a few of the reviews on file and am absolutely shocked at the negative comments because my buying experience with Ben has been one of the most positive and pleasurable that I've ever had and I have purchased many, many vehicles over the years. I purchased a used BMW 328i xdrive which I found online. I made the commitment to purchase before I even viewed or drove the vehicle because I live almost 3 hours away and I had a good feeling about doing business with Ben after a few conversations with him. When I arrived the car was cleaned, safetied, e-tested, plated and ready to go!! Ben sat with me in the vehicle and went over all the features and then we went for a short drive. He was very thorough, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I went away feeling very pleased with my purchase! After driving the car for a few weeks there was a minor problem (one spark plug was misfiring) so I brought the car back and he replaced all of the spark plugs and the coil. I had purchased an air filter at home and he changed that for me as well plus I had a slow leak in my tire (which was certainly no fault of his) so he had his mechanic take my car down to the tire shop and have it checked. He instructed them to change it if it was necessary because he wanted to be certain that I was going to be safe when I drove away that day. He also had me text him later when I got home because I was traveling alone and he wanted confirmation that I arrived safely. All of this was done at NO cost to me and may I add that my warranty was expired so he didn't legally have to do any of this for me. Now, does this sound like someone who would try to rip anyone off or be dishonest??? I think not! I also believed him when he said that if I had any problems or questions at all that I shouldn't hesitate to contact him and he would help me in any way he could. I will not take advantage of his kindness!! As I said before, this vehicle purchase has been one of the best experiences for me and I highly recommend doing business with this company. I will be contacting Ben again soon, when we decide on a second vehicle for my husband and it will be a pleasure doing business with him once more!! More

Very bad!!! Pressures you to buying and very corny. I don't understand the positive reviews I keep seeing on here. He probably got his mates to write positive reviews. Honestly, worst dealership you could possibly get a car. He's plain arrogant and deters questions about the car. Be careful before signing and putting down a deposit with him. He won't return your deposit should something go wrong. He also takes advantage of you if you have little information about the car. I'd advise not getting a car from this dealership. Very bad!!!
