Excellent Service and Down to Earth Approach. I was shopping for German made car for some time and made my mind clear on what exactly I am willing to buy, so when a good option came up on autotrad I was shopping for German made car for some time and made my mind clear on what exactly I am willing to buy, so when a good option came up on autotrader.ca I just emailed the dealer. What a surprise it was when I received an email back in less than 10 minutes on Friday night and got a confirmation for scheduled drive-test for next morning, on Saturday. The great experience started from the door-steps as Ben, the owner, personally greeted us and showed around. It is a small enterprise, so you can feel Ben does his best to earn trust and serve his customers by dealing with their requests thoroughly. The vehicle in question was VW Passat CC Sportline of 2014 with only 14,000 km on it, which had been advertised as accident free and in immaculate condition. After the test-drive it became obvious that the car was indeed in great condition, however we requested Ben to provide Carproof report to ensure there were no previous accidents. The Carproof showed no signs of accidents, however had two provinces listed - BC and QC, so we questioned Ben if he was aware of any issues as it is unusual for a car to be registered in the West and then transferred to the East. We were assured the vehicle had no issues and was used by the VW dealer as an executive car in both provinces; Ben even showed the auction bill and the price he paid for the car, which was appreciated. We also agreed that we would return to Ben for any questions should an independent mechanic find mechanical or body issues. We picked the car after registration, plates and car certification had been arranged by Ben, which was a great addition to the overall service provided. Ben personally thanked for the business and provided some hints on car service. After taking the car to the official Cambridge VW dealer for oil change and wheels alignment it was confirmed that the vehicle had no structural body issues with all-around manufacturer's paint and in fact was in perfect condition, exactly as Ben described. I am happy with the car and service the North West Autohouse provided. Personal "Thank You" to Ben and his mechanic for ensuring the car was properly certified and prepared for the new driver. I would happily recommend this dealer to my friends. More

Ben is the best! I'd never bought a used car before... and, not being a car aficionado, I was nervous about buying someone else's problem. Dealing with Ben made buying a used car a pleasure. He did everything he could to make sure the car was in the best possible condition. When I noticed a shimmy at higher speeds during my test drive, he had the wheels realigned, re-balanced the tires and replaced the front brake rotors. When I said I wanted to have the dealership that serviced my last car do a mechanical inspection, Ben didn't bat an eyelash, He let me take the car to the other end of town for the whole afternoon. The verdict? The mechanic who inspected said it was in great shape and that he'd buy it if he had the chance. Ben has fair prices... and, even more important, he plays fair. More

One morning we saw an ad on Autotrader for a Mercedes Benz. We landed up at Northwest Autohaus to check this car out. Took it for a test drive and had no doubt it was the perfect car we were looking for, it was in mint condition and silent as ever!! This was an indication that the car was mechanically very sound! It is with much gratitude, thanks and appreciation that we write this review of our experience and all about the wonderful person at this dealership named Ben. Special mention must be made that this dealership prices their top of the line cars very reasonably and the cars are in excellent condition. Ben is a very honest human being with great integrity! He answered all our questions and gave our daughter very sound fatherly advice on how to maintain this car. Our purchase of this vehicle was made possible because of the high level of professionalism and service provided by Ben. We believe every business is built one customer at a time. Ben definitely earned our loyalty and trust. We have absolutely no qualms about recommending this dealership to all our friends, co-workers and family.
