He was courteous and professional; and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. I'd like to thank him for that. I'd also like to put in a good word for Spencer; one of the sales people at Northstar Hyundai. Spencer was friendly; personable; and honest throughout my interactions with him; even when I didn't end up buying a vehicle at Northstar Hyundai. I am going to consider taking my vehicle in for servicing at Northstar Hyundai once the time comes. More

Initially, we worked with Steven, who was personable, friendly, pressure-free & knowledgeable. For our next (very lengthy) visit, we worked with Nas, who was all of the above as well. Nas has an impressive "on the spot" knowledge about the vehicle we were looking at and was able & happy to explain in detail to us the whole "Go Auto" thing. We felt very comfortable with him and felt he was fair & honest with us at all times. More

Outstanding It's nice to go into a dealership and have a salesman (Matt) with a "no pressure" attitude to assist you. We informed him that we were just shopping a It's nice to go into a dealership and have a salesman (Matt) with a "no pressure" attitude to assist you. We informed him that we were just shopping at the present time and that a purchase was not definite. We had been doing research and corresponding with most all the dealerships in both Calgary and Edmonton areas prior to visiting them (only the ones that had a vehicle that caught our eye). I get pretty hard-nosed with "pressure people" and delete their business cards at the nearest shredder. We did finally purchase a vehicle (loaded) from Northstar and so far are pleased with the style, economy and performance of the unit. Any differences in the sales contract were immediately attended to. Would go back again if we need another vehicle. My advice: pay cash and get a better deal!!!!!! More
