Hi Hector, In all honesty, my name should probably remain and Shafeel's should be removed. He just happened to be the advisor that was given your keys after you had called and we discovered that your drop envelope was missed. I'm not one to make excuses, even though we routinely check the drop box a couple of times before we open, this was simply just overlooked. Please accept my apologies.
