I was told they were going to change both rear shocks. Upon picking up my truck I was told only one rear shock was still leaking oil. So they only replaced one. No one bothered to test the other shock Upon picking up my truck I was told only one rear shock was still leaking oil. So they only replaced one. No one bothered to test the other shock that had been out of oil for three months and completely destroyed. I had to go somewhere else to replace the other shock. I never even got a phone call with an estimate to replace it. Poor and very bad communication skills and uneducated people not understanding the mechanic of a vehicle :( More
