My New 2016 Ford Escape :) Just on a whim I started the process of looking into trading in my 2012 Ford Focus for a new vehicle. It was the first time I had attempted to do such an in devour and thought that it would be a long painful drawn out process. Much to my surprise, all I had to do was fill out the very quick on line information sheet..5 min..submit..click. The next day I was contacted by Daryl. The rest of the process was extremely efficient. Within 2 Days I was driving off the lot with my brand new 2016 Ford Escape ( Which I Love ). He has been really great in helping me clinch a good deal with my Ford F150. In a recent unfortunate incident, the truck I purchased was stolen and I was really upset. But Anthony and his colleagues turned the situation around for me by managing the claim with the insurance and they even got me a brand new replacement F150 from the claim! Anthony has gone above and beyond in his service and I'll gladly recommend his services to my friends. More

Erroneous charges, damages, lost backing to car starter We brought in our Ford F150 for routine work in August, 2014 to Cochrane Northstar Ford.Before even leaving the lot we noted scuff damage to the rear We brought in our Ford F150 for routine work in August, 2014 to Cochrane Northstar Ford.Before even leaving the lot we noted scuff damage to the rear bumper., and that the backing to our after market remote/starter attached to the key ring was also missing, as well battery, and license plate light was charged for, yet not working. Shirley, the Customer Service Rep, stated that she could not see how their people could be responsible, and that the Manager, Amanda had 'just left'. The manager, Amanda, when called the next day, refused to consider our concerns, stating that "our tech guys would never loose the stuff or cause any damages, ever." She was disinterested and verbal hostility, We had assumed professional warmth and concern! Receiving none, we took the alarming matter in writing to Ford Canada, who forwarded it again to the manager of Cochrane Northstar Ford, who has still not acknowledged or contact us, now six months after the incident. You need to ask first When you take your truck in...I thought u need to call the customer before doing something it wasn't taken in for. I took my truck in for a oil change. $60 but when I picked it up it was over $110.....When I asked they told me cause they changed my filter....it was just changed the last time. Then they told.me they didn't have my old one....which was New and that they only thing they would do it take it out of my truck and I could buy my own. Just moved to Cochrane and they just lost all our business as we are ford ppl.....I will drive to Calgary now.. More
