Service I used to quite happy with the sales and service even after it had transitioned from Crowfoot Ford to Northstar. The service has taken a huge dive since then and the service manager tends to blame customers for issues that are definitely related to his department. After buying several vehicles here I am moving to another Ford dealer and advise others do the same. Maybe if they get rid of the service manager I might return my business. More
Over estimation of repair work I had my Ford escape diagnosed for transmission issues at this dealer. They billed me the diagnostic fee - fair enough, but then told me the repair bill for a new transmission was going to be $6675.95. I was shocked and so was my wife. The customer service woman who phone me and my wife was named Fiona and was one of the rudest off-handed people we had ever dealt with. We verified the $ amount individually as we thought this was too high. Fiona confirmed the $ amount. I then phoned around two transmission shops and one other Ford dealer who quoted me between $2300 and $2400 less than Northstar ford. So we had the vehicle towed at our expense to another dealer. Fiona then phoned the following day and spoke to my wife. Fiona asked my wife is we were going to buy a second hand or new vehicle. She said neither and said that we had the vehicle towed to another dealer for the repair work, Fiona then shouted 'you have taken the vehicle, but you have not paid for it". My wife told her to check her records and we had paid for it and that we were getting the work done at another dealership. My wife then put the phone down. Northstar Ford used to be Crowfoot ford where the staff were always friendly and helpful. This lot are rude and are nothing more than criminals. I have sent this same letter to Ford directly and the CAA as they are listed as a CAA service centre. More

Don't schedule appointment, if you don't have the part!!!! The service department scheduled an appointment so that I could get the left rear axle seal fixed. It took them almost 3 hours after I dropped my Escape off before they called to tell me they weren't prepared and that the part was back ordered and would take up to 4 weeks to arrive. What a waste of my time! Poor service for sure! More
Extremely poor service I booked an appointment to have the brake pads replaced on my F150 and a regular service. When I picked it up, they hadn't done the brakes, they said they were too busy and booked me for the next week. They also charged me $70 to inspect the brakes, I never asked them to inspect them, just replace them. They told me they needed replaced on the previous visit. So I take it back again today, I had a 7:30 "appointment". I made sure I was first in line when their doors opened at 7:00. I called at 3:00 to see if it was finished, they hadn't even started on it. They were too busy again, too bad. More
