The quality of work is good, just poor customer experience I brought my car in for two reasons. There were two problems identified during a previous visit. I needed the work done and I believed the recommendat I brought my car in for two reasons. There were two problems identified during a previous visit. I needed the work done and I believed the recommendations to have it done were good. I had scheduling difficulties, I called and scheduled an appointment that was not recorded in their calendar, but after the call I entered it into my calendar. I was asked when I dropped my car off if I received a confirmation email or text. I said no, they said we ALWAYS do that. So after keeping my car for 2 days they were unable to perform the work. SO I rescheduled with them for the following week. I did NOT receive either a confirmation email or text. So I had to call the night before to confirm I had an appointment to make sure I did not end up in the same position as the previous week. There were two things (which ended up being resolved btw) that bothered me. One was the discovery of the block heater cord being disconnected from the block heater. They wanted $77.50 to plug it in. When I clarified that all it needed was to be plugged back in, they said "Yes, would you like us to do that for you, it will cost $77.50. I said NO. The other was a charge to diagnose the leak that they had previously diagnosed...another $77.50. Frustrating for me because they way it was done. To their credit, in the end they plugged the cord at no charge (just the right thing to do) and credited me the $77.50 for the duplicate diagnosis. Had I just accepted it, it would have cost me an additional $150.00, I was already spending over $1200 on the approved work. More

That was potentially the best value I've ever had out of $50 my entire life. Inside of the truck especially was transformed back to 'new truck' status. More than any other visit, I really came out of there feeling like they went above and beyond. More
