8000km/Winter Tires I had a great experience with Cassandra, however, i had come to get my Mustang serviced, so a month prior, I came in with our Escape to have it servic I had a great experience with Cassandra, however, i had come to get my Mustang serviced, so a month prior, I came in with our Escape to have it serviced, and brought a winter tire on a rim to see if it would fit. At that time I was told, "no problem". When I got to the service centre and was going over the information, Cassandra realized that the tires and rims would not fit. While I appreciate Cassandra was able to determine this immediately, I was not happy that I had to find this out after loading them in to my Mustang (have you ever tried to load four tires on rims into a Mustang?). Balance of my time with Cassandra was great. She gave me the correct tire/rim size information for when I am ready to purchase. More
Regular Service Visit I've been diligent to bring my car in every 8000km for regular service since I purchased it from Nathan Epp two years ago. I've purchased three vehicl I've been diligent to bring my car in every 8000km for regular service since I purchased it from Nathan Epp two years ago. I've purchased three vehicles from him over the years and it has always been a pleasant and low pressure experience. Last week was my 80,000 km visit. I booked the appointment and also asked them to replace some worn tire lugs at the same time. I dropped off the car around 6:20am and was told it would be ready by the end of the day. By 3:00pm Fiona called me to say my car was ready for pickup. The service inspection revealed two engine leaks (covered by warranty) but I would have to bring the car in again to address them. I appreciated the fact that Fiona was already prepared to offer the next appointment slots to meet my schedule needs, and that she had already pre-ordered the gaskets I would need so the work could be done as soon as possible. I think the staff here does a terrific job of taking care of their customers and anticipating their needs. More

Service absolutely the worst I have ever experienced!
