My wife and I have suffered devastating injury and disease which crippled our business and lives so when we come to your dealership with a problem to be fixed we don't expect our vehicle to come out of your service bay with new problems that were not there when we took the vehicle in. We are devastated by the new problems our vehicle has every time we bring it into your service bay. More

"First Service experience" It was my first time taking my vehicle to Northstar the dealership who I've done business with was sold and the service team was replaced. I spoke to Fiona about a week prior to heading in to introduce myself. Fiona instantly made feel comfortable as her approach to business is like mine service oriented and very relationship based. Upon arriving for my service Fiona met me with a welcoming smile and checked me in. The service department was very busy but everyone had a smiling faced and greeted me with a hello. I was in for routine service and Fiona know I was going to wait around for my vehicle she had me in and out within the hour. Fiona and the team was excellent! More

Vehicle service was okay but lacking on the customer side. When booking the appointment we were told that if we dropped the car off at 7am the shuttle would get me to work on time by 8.
