Cassandra Rocks I was shocked to find a huge spaghetti crack in the sunroof of my 2015 Ford Edge and drove straight to Northstar Service. Cassandra, my regular servi I was shocked to find a huge spaghetti crack in the sunroof of my 2015 Ford Edge and drove straight to Northstar Service. Cassandra, my regular service advisor, was there, jumped in my car, and said "no problem, we will take care of it, under warranty. She said I will order the parts and we will call you when they are in." A couple days later I got a call the parts were in and scheduled an appointment for installation. Cassandra made the whole process so easy and pleasant. No stress, no problem, no cost. Thanks Cassandra, you rock! More

An issue arose when a critical component was not covered under my warranty but was told it was covered verbally. It’s refreshing to know that Northstar values integrity. Often dealerships get a bad name for not owning their mistakes and making the customer suffer for said mistakes. I would recommend anyone utilize your services in the future based on this and the pleasantness in dealing with staff. Furthermore my servicing was done in a timely manner and was extremely accommodating. Thank you! More

Exceptional Customer Service and a Very Satisfied Customer I have been experiencing an intermittent noise coming off the front of my vehicle for 2-3 years now and each time I brought the vehicle into the deale I have been experiencing an intermittent noise coming off the front of my vehicle for 2-3 years now and each time I brought the vehicle into the dealership, they were unable to detect it. My truck's bumper-to-bumper warranty has now expired and the vehicle making this noise much more frequently now. I spoke with the service manager, Rob Meade, and he asked me to setup a road test appointment with his lead mechanic, Damian Banick. Of course, the morning I came in for my road test, the truck was not making the noise, but as soon as Damian and I road tested it, the noise was faint but he could hear it too and he knew exactly what component must be causing the problem. Damian checked my vehicle in for service that same day, they diagnosed the problem and replaced both wheel hubs under warranty and also dealt with a minor pinion seal leak at the same time. I was able to pick up my repaired vehicle the same day, everything was covered under warranty, and most importantly, the annoying noise is gone. This is a great ending to a problem that had been going on for the past 2-3 years. Thanks guys! More

Vehicle damaged - again The time needed to have my windshield replaced (by warranty) was quite quick and the service advisors I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. This is the only reason that this is a 1 star rating. However, I have to say that I'm incredibly disappointed in the shape my car was in when I picked it up. This is the second time that I've had a vehicle experience "lot damage" while in the care of NorthStar. There was very visible door damage on my front passenger door. This is something I would have expected that someone would have made note of when the car was "washed". On top of that, the car had massive dirt streaks over the hood and windows. Incredibly disappointed. I did let the person who was at the pick-up window know. She offered to have a supervisor come talk to me but I did not have the time to wait. She said that she would have someone call me....and I still haven't heard anything. To be honest, with how incredibly difficult it was to have this dealership repair damage done to my mustang in the last instance, I don't want to suffer through another bout of recrimination about how the dealership is not responsible for "lot damage" and how I can't prove that it happened while in their care. More
