Good Experience with Tire and Rim Platinum Service When I bought my F150, Northstar Ford included a Tire and Rim Platinum Service... which I thought I would never need. Well... back in the summer on t When I bought my F150, Northstar Ford included a Tire and Rim Platinum Service... which I thought I would never need. Well... back in the summer on the way to our camping trip on Vancouver Island I got a nail in my trailer tire, fixed it and thought nothing further of it. What I didn't know was that I had also got a nail in my truck tire. Since the summer, I had noticed that the left rear tire would lose enough air to require filling ever couple of months. After the same tire running low three times in a row I finally got the hint that something was amiss. As luck would have it, this happened the day before the Platinum Tire service was to expire. I went online to get a service appointment. But, it was going to be after the expiry of the contract. I called in and explained the situation and the service representative got me in right away... the tire was fixed (no charge to me!)... and I was very happy! Thanks again Northstar Ford! More

Highly Professional Windshield Replacement I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning to get a new windshield. I knew going in and it was confirmed by Fiona as I checked in, that I would have to l I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning to get a new windshield. I knew going in and it was confirmed by Fiona as I checked in, that I would have to leave the car all day. The check-in process (from driving up to the garage door) to walking over to the courtesy shutter driver for a ride took less than five minutes. Fiona called me at 3:52 pm to say the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived, it again took less than five minutes to clear up the paperwork and get the keys. Extremely efficient and attentive staff at both ends of the process and the work by the service technicians was excellent. Overall, a very satisfying experience provided by high professional representatives. More

I had booked an appointment with him at the user car centre and he was ready on my ar Last week I purchased a used 2017 Ford Fusion from Chris Fennel. I had booked an appointment with him at the user car centre and he was ready on my arrival. He was friendly and we sat down to talk about my needs after he got me some coffee. I informed of him of my buying parameters (vehicle model, colour, payment range, delivery date, etc) and he was able to locate several candidates immediately. He worked out offer sheets for each and explained the various options available in each case. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Within the hour we had come to an agreement on which car made the most sense and we shook hands on the deal. Because the purchase would be financed, I then sat down with Adam Darwiche to go through the credit application process. Two days later Adam called with the credit approval and we arranged a pickup date. I arrived on the pickup date and we completed the financing transaction in about an hour and a half. He worked hard to work in my payment needs while still making sure I could afford the service plan. This was my second Ford vehicle I purchased with the PremiumCare service package and I was glad it could be a part of a used car purchase and not just new (my previous purchase). Francis Eshriew assisted in coordinating the delivery and reviewing the features of the vehicle before I left the dealership. Everyone involved was professional, efficient and friendly. A few days after delivery, Marko called to follow up on the transaction to ensure I was fully satisfied. More
