Not satisfied Took my truck in for starting problems which occurred periodically and are related to the remote start system or power door locks or anti theft system Took my truck in for starting problems which occurred periodically and are related to the remote start system or power door locks or anti theft system. Paid over 400.00 and as soon as I picked up my vehicle not even out of the lot I had same problem. I was willing to leave it for further work but mechanic had other projects on the go ? He did not test vehicle enough to allow for proper diagnosis and said he disconnected the remote start system but was “ surprisingly enough” able to start vehicle with the key fob remote? Really ? I was told I could bring it back but when I heard the same mechanic would be working on it I opted not to. Thanks for nothing. More

Very Professional Northstar Ford have been exceptional in their service and following things through. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cassandra Walker on multiple Northstar Ford have been exceptional in their service and following things through. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cassandra Walker on multiple occasions due to issues with a car purchased from another dealership. From the start she was on my side and was happy to be CC'd into emails from the Owner of the other dealership so she could see the issues I was dealing with. The car had a multitude of mechanical issues that were not made known from purchase. After the car broke down on the highway during a blizzard (Had been serviced at Northstar Ford a few days before) I decided to have it towed to NF and trade it in for a reliable and sound vehicle. Worked hard to diagnose phantom electrical issue Brought my 2017 Escape Titanium in because the right rear driving light was working intermittently. I know how tough it can be to chase electrical issues that you can't always replicate. Despite this, the technician went over a lot of the related electricals. The root cause of the issue was not determined, however we're hoping it was a poor electrical connection, possibly caused by moisture in connections. Service Advisor was very pleasant, and took time to explain everything for the phone. More

One thing I would recommend is that they could have perhaps vacuumed the inside of my vehicle...as many other company's have done this and I was a little disappointed this was not done.....I have had vehicles previously serviced by different companies that have actually ran my car through the car wash. This is not really expected....but sure a nice surprise when you go to pick up. More
