Inconvenient Location was Okay when Service was Good. 1. I have to bring my vehicle back in on a different day in order to have the work I made an appointment for completed. The appointment was made so that I had someone available to pick me up and drop me off and now I get to spend hours commuting instead. 2. Tire storage used to be reasonable and now is overpriced. 3. Hoping that this time my tires are balanced properly and everything else has been done properly. 4, Recall notice from December 2016 - parts available December 2017. Except they aren't. On a waiting list so might have the recall done by December 2018. More

Great Service Cassandra was very nice and helpful. I had to have a door trim replaced and I took advantage of the low price wheel alignment package. Dropped off my Cassandra was very nice and helpful. I had to have a door trim replaced and I took advantage of the low price wheel alignment package. Dropped off my vehicle at 6am and received a call from Cassandra at 1020am that the service was done. This was the fastest and most efficient service I have ever experienced.
