Replaced clutch under warrenty On a regular check up they found a problem with the clutch. They ordered the part needed and a few days later we set up an appointment. The only minor glitch was that the car was not finished the first day but I was able to get possession the next AM. It was worth the wait....the car is running smoother than at any time. It's always very good Mechanic had left a cleaning rag sticking out from under the hood which I had to take out. Service team is always very nice and friendly I had also priced the job with another mechanic that I take my other vehicles to and the pricing from Ford was the same so I was also happy with the relative cost of the repair. My only comment is that another dealership I've dealt with (Brasso Nissan) would wash the vehicle (inside as well) just for coming in for an oil change (not crazy detailing or anything - just an exterior wash and interior wipe-down). Every time I come to get my truck I'm always disappointed as I was use to getting that treatment from them. It would be nice if that was done for customers; something simple like that goes a long way. My vehicle is well off warranty but I keep bringing it back - you do have some really good people in that service department. Thank you More
