Jen Chouinard was the one who greeted me as I came in and handled the paperwork for the oil change and inspection I received on my car. It was a "waiting appointment" and they were very punctual. My car was taken from me promptly when I arrived and returned to me 35 minutes later. This was the most prompt and efficient service I have received at any shop in 26 years of driving. The inspection revealed that I need a brake job on the back brakes. The quote I was given was very competitive. Given the treatment I received from Jen C and the folks at Northstar, I am filled with confidence and am heading back to have the work done. I will not hesitate to return in the future! More
