I have owned new Fords ever since I bought my first new one in 1971. Of all the dealers I have dealt with from B.C to Oregon,California and now Alberta Northstar Ford has been the worst. I wont be going back for anything!!!!!! They are not honest, they missed 3 delivery dates even when I did finely get it it still wasn't right. Adam the finance advisor has to have been the worst. Things were not as he represented, he does not still has not returned my calls after I left messages! He took it upon himself to do things to my new truck after I had asked him to give me a quote before the work was done, this never happened. Then when I went back to have things corrected suck as the defects in the 3-m the rear mud flaps that were not installed correctly even after they had tried a few times to get right. I brought this to the attention of the sales manager. This was all set up an appointment to be repaired. The night before the appointment I received a call to advise me they would not be able to do this as scheduled that they would later advise me of a new time. A month later this had not happened further there was never a follow up from Adam or the sales manger to see if this work had been done or to see if I was happy.Still haven't heard from them and it's been 3 months. Now I'm having problems with the financing once again I have called and left a message with Adam who has yet to return my call and it's been a matter of about 3 weeks. My friend just bought a new truck comparable to mine from a different dealer in Oct. Since purchasing his truck he has 4 call backs from the dealer to see if he's still happy with his truck, deal. So I wouldn't send anyone not even my worst enemy to Northstar Ford Calgary for a vehicle. I for sure won't be going back and will be contacting Ford of Canada to let them know about this dealer. They have to be the worst dealer in Alberta. I have never been a Dodge man but came so close to becoming one now I'm kicking myself because I didn't go with my gut instinct and walk away from this deal. If I could get rid of this truck I would. This has left such a sour taste in my mouth. More
