Amazing Service I was looking for my first car, and no idea what I was doing really. I walked onto the lot of Northstar Ford Calgary and right away I was greeted by I was looking for my first car, and no idea what I was doing really. I walked onto the lot of Northstar Ford Calgary and right away I was greeted by a great person, Kurt. He brought me into his office and actually listened to what I was looking for! He searched his computer and found a few cars to look at. I was nervous as not only was it my first car I have only been driving since June! We went and looked at them and I test drove. I fell in love with my first car, a 2014 Ford Fiesta. I'll add there was no pressure from him at all, he answered all of my questions right to the T. They even helped me out with financing, and winter tires with rims!!! As a new driver in Calgary with the crazy weather we have I left feeling safe and confident! This was an amazing experience for me and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle as I was overjoyed with the amazing service I received from everyone involved with my purchase! Excelent Communication I had my fleet truck in for a service at 180,000 km, so there were a few things needing attention. During their inspection the tech found a couple of I had my fleet truck in for a service at 180,000 km, so there were a few things needing attention. During their inspection the tech found a couple of other concerns which needed addressing. Fiona was quick to call me and inform me of the results of the inspection and the tests that I had asked for. I went in knowing that my truck would likely be in for two days as I needed an oil service, tire rotation, alignment, battery test, rear end inspection and windshield replacement, but Fiona assured me that it would be ready to go by 4:00 the second day, with the extras added in. At approximately 3:00, I received the call that everything was good to go. Fiona is always easy to deal with. More

Friendly and efficient I was very satisfied with the attention I received when I initially met Brian Blackburn. I had mistakenly gone to the "used car" section when looking I was very satisfied with the attention I received when I initially met Brian Blackburn. I had mistakenly gone to the "used car" section when looking for a new car but Brian took me under his wing and helped me continually from start to finish...he was very considerate and I was impressed with his professionalism!. All others who we (my wife and I) met in the course of our purchase were also helpful and overall we are pleased with the attention given to us and how we were handled. Tanya gave me a thorough rundown of all the "bells and whistles" provided in our new car but given the difficulty in remembering everything I would suggest that in addition to the personal direction that a CD should be provided so that one could review at home "after the fact".
