Excelent Communication I had my fleet truck in for a service at 180,000 km, so there were a few things needing attention. During their inspection the tech found a couple of other concerns which needed addressing. Fiona was quick to call me and inform me of the results of the inspection and the tests that I had asked for. I went in knowing that my truck would likely be in for two days as I needed an oil service, tire rotation, alignment, battery test, rear end inspection and windshield replacement, but Fiona assured me that it would be ready to go by 4:00 the second day, with the extras added in. Friendly and efficient I was very satisfied with the attention I received when I initially met Brian Blackburn. I had mistakenly gone to the "used car" section when looking I was very satisfied with the attention I received when I initially met Brian Blackburn. I had mistakenly gone to the "used car" section when looking for a new car but Brian took me under his wing and helped me continually from start to finish...he was very considerate and I was impressed with his professionalism!. All others who we (my wife and I) met in the course of our purchase were also helpful and overall we are pleased with the attention given to us and how we were handled. Tanya gave me a thorough rundown of all the "bells and whistles" provided in our new car but given the difficulty in remembering everything I would suggest that in addition to the personal direction that a CD should be provided so that one could review at home "after the fact". Service Above The staff where great and easy to deal with. I had many problems with my company vehicle. I had taken the vehicle to two other Ford dealerships and th The staff where great and easy to deal with. I had many problems with my company vehicle. I had taken the vehicle to two other Ford dealerships and they brushed off my concerns. I brought the vehicle here to Northstar and they took the extra step to really look at the vehicle. They looked at the recalls on it, and determined how bad the problem really was. They took the service even further and fought to get my vehicle done (even with a part back ordered until April 2016). They some how managed to complete the work and the part needed in with in two weeks. This also was all in December just before the holidays. Then in the beginning of January, had a separate issue happen to the transmission. They again took it a step above to get this all done and replace with in a week. The entire time of my vehicle being in the shop both times, they took the time to call me to update me through the process so I was not left wondering how it was progressing. My only concern is they do not offer towing, or shuttle service outside of the NW area and this was a minor inconvenience for people who work downtown. However I would highly recommend Northstar Ford and the service center to anyone who asks. More
