Especially seeing how my car broke down during christmas, hours were few during this time, they went above and beyond and hooked me up with a rental for the duration until my car was fixed and kept me updated all the way. And that is why i ONLY got to NORTHSTAR because everytime i go the customer service is outstanding! i cant say that about any other dealer because ive been treated horrible everywhere else. Didnt think id say this because i always felt i bought a "lemon" car with all of the recalls its had but once i got it back it drove better than the first day i drove it off the lot! Best service, best people, smiling faces, and most importantly people that actually care especially when your stuck in the worst situation around times like christmas. Amazing Experience! This was my first time actually purchasing a vehicle and it was not at all what I expected! Brian came out, introduced himself to my father and I and This was my first time actually purchasing a vehicle and it was not at all what I expected! Brian came out, introduced himself to my father and I and asked what I was looking for. Told him exactly what I wanted and that I wasn't planning on getting it right away, he fully understood and was awesome! We ended up talking about a really nice used car in the lot, went into his office to talk more about it and crunch numbers, eventually took it for a test drive and fell in love with it! During the entire process I didn't feel pressured at all, in fact I was quite comfortable with everything since Brian was super friendly and so was everyone else, they made you feel like a friend/family! I ended up buying that vehicle was handed over to Mike Issa in financing to do all of the paperwork; he was also extremely friendly and awesome! Everyone went above and beyond in making sure that this entire process of buying a vehicle was easy and stress-free! Tanya was also super fun to talk to when she was showing me everything my new car can do! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle! No pressure, everyone is great, you feel valued (not just another sale), and everyone genuinely cares and wants to give you the best deal possible! They even came up with a solution for my old car which had 275,000 kms on it! More
