My most recent contact was to have my F-350 serviced. I made the appointment in advance, they called to remind me (not necessary but still appreciated) and when I arrived at my appointed time was taken care of immediately. The service writers and all the staff for that matter clearly go out of their way to make you feel welcome, appreciated and comfortable. I didn't need the shuttle service this time around as my wife was available to pick me up but I have used it in the past. First class is the only way to describe it in my view. Friendly, courteous and on time. Recently I had my Kia in for a wheel alignment, not what you might expect from your Ford deal but they handled it smoothly. I don't find their pricing to be out of line and they do things right the first time. All in all a great a experience in a task not known to be that much fun. More

Lynne was very personable and identified a need for a wheel alignment in conjunction with the regularly scheduled service. The work was performed in a very timely manner. My only concern is that the check list of items that were inspected identified that everything passed inspection, but neglected to identify a large area of rock damage / crack to the windshield. This leans toward questions regarding the thoroughness of the inspection. I hope that time constraints did not supersede quality of the service to my vehicle. More
