Service was great The service at Northstar Ford is always great, I drive all the way from downtown to go there. The staff I deal with in the service center were great. The service at Northstar Ford is always great, I drive all the way from downtown to go there. The staff I deal with in the service center were great. The shuttle driver was actually rather rude. A huge part of my income is my side job as a videographer, I have really nice equipment. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my state of the art camera in the vehicle. (the camera by the way is a Cannon C300 Mark 2...it's more expensive than my Ford Escape). I didn't want to take the train with my giant camera bag loaded with gear so I opted to take the shuttle. The driver chewed me out for taking the shuttle because where I was being dropped off was near a train station. Well excuse me for not wanting to haul all that equipment onto the busy train during rush hour. More
