SERVICE EXPERIENCE Staff all were courteous, efficient and prompt. It is always a pleasure to deal with Fiona. She always remembers me even though seven or more months may have elapsed since my last visit. Have a few minor issues but did not bother to bring them to Fiona's attention: - Semi Annual Inspection worksheet indicates there was a problem with the sun visors not latching - this was not mentioned to me. - Invoice indicates I was advised of a number of maintenance items discussed with me which I declined. I do not recall having discussions relative to these matter. Have no problem recommending Northstar for your Ford service requirements. More

Tough but fair. First time buying a car and they made it the best experience they can for what it is. Dealt with some negotiating and felt like I was low-balled on my First time buying a car and they made it the best experience they can for what it is. Dealt with some negotiating and felt like I was low-balled on my trade in but that is their job so no complaints. Overall was satisfied with the buying process and Brian who was very helpful in getting the deal done. When dealing with financing they did not listen to my option that I did not want to finance and wanted to just pay in full. When I went in to meet Francis Nair to complete this they had only put $1000.00 down on the car (not like what I advised them my plan was - at least $10,000 - $15,000 down). As it is an open ended finance however I will simply go in and pay the full car off next week so it is not a big deal. Just did not like that they were trying to get more from the financing than originally planned. More

With previous vehicles at different dealerships and garages, taking my vehicle in for service gave me more anxiety than heading to the dentist because I never knew what I was going to be told and how much the trip was really going to cost. As I near the end of my FMPP Fiona Rea has been a huge help in making sure I receive great service and that I am getting what I paid for with this protection plan. It's that sort of service and that level of trust that guarantees I will continue to bring my truck back to Northstar Ford for service long after the FMPP is done. Thanks for everything! More
Service and the redo Fiona was fantastic and to the point. She seemed like she actually wanted to help me out.
