Overall was satisfied with the buying process and Brian who was very helpful in getting the deal done. When dealing with financing they did not listen to my option that I did not want to finance and wanted to just pay in full. When I went in to meet Francis Nair to complete this they had only put $1000.00 down on the car (not like what I advised them my plan was - at least $10,000 - $15,000 down). As it is an open ended finance however I will simply go in and pay the full car off next week so it is not a big deal. Just did not like that they were trying to get more from the financing than originally planned. More

Knowledgable on specialty SVT products I came into Northstar looking to order a very specific mustang.
