Excellent Customer Service!! I live a distance from Northstar Ford and had to drop my vehicle off for servicing on a Saturday. I expected to just leave my keys at reception but surprisingly learned that their service department was open until 1pm which meant I got to explain myself directly to a service representative. Fiona took my information down - promised me a call by 1030am next business day. Right on schedule I got a call from Fiona telling me the problem and when it the repairs would be completed. The day I expected the repairs done, I got a call and was able to pick up the car after work. Prior to picking up the vehicle, I received a copy of my work order by email. When I read the work order notes, the notes were so thorough it gave me great confidence they looked at every detail. Thank you Fiona and to your entire service team! More

Painless, quick however report stated I declined wheel alignment as it was inconvenient, when in fact I told the adviser that the original tires had w Painless, quick however report stated I declined wheel alignment as it was inconvenient, when in fact I told the adviser that the original tires had worn out at 48000 kms and I had them replaced by a third party and had a wheel alignment done at that time. Also noticed that tread wear on new tires was listed as 7/32" in one place on report and 8/32" in another (not critical but interesting). More

Friendly Dealership We purchased an F150 from Northstar Ford in November 2015. It was our first time to even visit the dealership and we signed a deal before we left. Clayton Rivet went out of his way after hours to arrange to have a leaking tire fixed so that our first day of ownership was a happy one! More

Have a few minor issues but did not bother to bring them to Fiona's attention: - Semi Annual Inspection worksheet indicates there was a problem with the sun visors not latching - this was not mentioned to me. - Invoice indicates I was advised of a number of maintenance items discussed with me which I declined. I do not recall having discussions relative to these matter. Have no problem recommending Northstar for your Ford service requirements. More

Service and the redo Fiona was fantastic and to the point. She seemed like she actually wanted to help me out. However, I left the dealership only to have the engine light come on again. But she told me to just come back to her and she will take care of it. Such a relief. Was frustrating that I had to return after just getting it serviced. But Fiona was fantastic! I would totally do business with her again. More
