Customer Service was awesome I didn't need much in terms of service to my vehicle - just an oil change, swapping winter tires for summers, and replacing a damaged tire. What made I didn't need much in terms of service to my vehicle - just an oil change, swapping winter tires for summers, and replacing a damaged tire. What made it awesome was the little things: one of the service techs recognized me walking from the transit station to the dealership and offered me a ride, Scott communicating my options regarding my irreparable flat tire, the staff recognizing my mobility issues and getting my vehicle for me at vehicle pick up time. I really appreciated the extra effort to help me out. More
