Don't listen to the customer When I brought my truck in to get some repairs done I asked them to do everything that needs to be done to the truck and go over it completely. I told When I brought my truck in to get some repairs done I asked them to do everything that needs to be done to the truck and go over it completely. I told him that my rear defogger did not work and my light in front was out, they did not fix my rear defogger and they did not replace my lightbulb. They did not check the wear off my brakes shoes. I am very disappointed in your service department my time is valuable and my truck was left overnight to get all these repairs done. More

My regular service contact Fiona takes care of everything on my initial call and all I do is drop my truck off and i I love the service they provide. My regular service contact Fiona takes care of everything on my initial call and all I do is drop my truck off and it gets done right. When the truck is ready, one call gets me a quick shuttle to pick it up. The friendly girls at the service desk hand me my keys and off I go. So glad North Star has taken over this location! More
