Fiona always provides the BEST customer experience I always bring my ford to north star for servicing. It is the farthest location from where I live in the city but it's worth the drive every single ti I always bring my ford to north star for servicing. I had my vehicle serviced at Northstar yesterday and when my husband picked it up for me he noticed an awful noise coming from the front wheel. I was able to get in this morning to have it looked at without an appointment. I specifically dealt with Fiona and Craig in the service department. They had the problem solved within 10 minutes, if even that and they even looked after the said cost for me. I will always return to Northstar for my servicing thank you for making me feel like part of the family. More

Quick and efficient! I needed to bring my Ford Escape in for a part recall. It's not always easy for me to leave my vehicle for the day as I have dogs I have to go home I needed to bring my Ford Escape in for a part recall. Imagine my surprise when Fiona showed up at my office (I work close by) with my vehicle just after noon! I was so appreciative. a follow up app't to repair a factory default the radio the process for checking in a picking up my truck was all good. Rob and the service advisor I met with were great. Rob walked me through what needed the process for checking in a picking up my truck was all good. Rob and the service advisor I met with were great. Rob walked me through what needed to be done and given the radio needed to be removed I was concerned of the risk of damage to the surrounding plastic. He did mention it was a challenge but that extra care is taken to avoid any damage from occurring. When I picked up the truck I did notice some marks along the dash but given it was close to 6PM, I brought it home to see if it was something that could be cleaned. After attempting to wipe the marks off with a soft cloth they did not come out and I sent Rob an email so he was aware of the issue. He responded over the weekend and I am confident he'll be able to assist. More

Regular service 94 K Not sure how a bolt gets broken while changing spark plugs during a normal servicing, necessitating a new ignition coil, and a leaky head gasket. Truck was repaired in two days at no cost, though. No phone call received by 15:00 MT on the second day, forcing me to call in to find out when/if the truck would be ready. Advised would be ready by 17:00 MT. Walked to dealership, and the young lady at service couldn't find my paperwork, and she needed help to go find it on the Service Manager's desk before I could take my truck and leave. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. Overall pickup time was almost 20 minutes as she searched for my paperwork.....somewhat excessive. More

Oil Change with a "Bonus"! I have never owned a brand new vehicle so wanted to make sure I was doing everything according to the book and took my new Ford to Northstar for its f I have never owned a brand new vehicle so wanted to make sure I was doing everything according to the book and took my new Ford to Northstar for its first oil change. I had heard very positive comments about Northstar from others! When we dropped it off we are advised that the 'oil' was on them and we only would pay for shop time and any parts -- what a wonderful surprise! Lynn was cheerful and helpful - they even completed our vehicle as early as possible so we could avoid rush hour! Thanks Northstar!! We will be back :) More
