Great service , First time dealing with Northstar for as I'm from Airdrie and have only dealt with CC ford. But heard nothing but good things about North star . When I called in for an apt I spoke to the assit service manage Damian Banick. Which handled everything for me .Quick and simple .He was a big help as I have never been to north star. My truck came back clean on the inside no oil marks or finger prints .Which was one of the reasons I decided to take it else where .. Great shop and personal. I will continue to take it there. More

Broken wiper My wiper blade was broken so i drove into the service bay about 4pm looking for someone to help put it back on or to get a new one. The woman in the parts dept. had me check to see if it could be covered on my warranty. It turned out that since my vehicle was still under warranty they were able to replace it on warranty. A service tech popped it on and i was out the door in about 15 minutes. Once again, great service. Karen More

Service well done and with a smile! I had slid into a curb quite hard and damaged my front wheel (fortunately it was a winter wheel). I asked them to check the alignment and also for any front end damage. They had to redo the alignment, but they also said there was NO front end damage. I know that some shops would have taken advantage of the situation and suggested repairs that were not necessary. They even came in under budget for the replacement wheel! Northstar Ford Service has impressed me right from the first time I visited them and I will continue getting my Ford serviced by them. The staff are friendly, polite and courteous and take the time to make sure they have clearly explained the proposed work. Nice people! More
