Great service , First time dealing with Northstar for as I'm from Airdrie and have only dealt with CC ford. But heard nothing but good things about North star . When I called in for an apt I spoke to the assit service manage Damian Banick. Which handled everything for me .Quick and simple .He was a big help as I have never been to north star. My truck came back clean on the inside no oil marks or finger prints .Which was one of the reasons I decided to take it else where .. Great shop and personal. I will continue to take it there. More

Amazing detail shop I had my jeep in for a gold clean which includes exterior wash and interior vacuum and general cleaning. I have a dog that sheds a lot and I was very I had my jeep in for a gold clean which includes exterior wash and interior vacuum and general cleaning. Broken wiper My wiper blade was broken so i drove into the service bay about 4pm looking for someone to help put it back on or to get a new one. The woman in the My wiper blade was broken so i drove into the service bay about 4pm looking for someone to help put it back on or to get a new one. The woman in the parts dept. had me check to see if it could be covered on my warranty. It turned out that since my vehicle was still under warranty they were able to replace it on warranty. A service tech popped it on and i was out the door in about 15 minutes. Once again, great service. Karen More

Best Service and Employees! I have never had a bad experience with Northstar Ford or their Service Team. Every time I have to bring my Ford Edge in for servicing, it is done effi I have never had a bad experience with Northstar Ford or their Service Team.
