Buying a car is a one-time experience and my purchase from Northstar Ford over four years ago was handled in a very competent manner. However, it won't be a sales pitch that gets me back into Northstar to buy another car. It is the Service Centre. I trust them. Each and every time I have brought my car in for its regular maintenance I have been blown away by their competency and friendliness. The Service Centre is the reason I have not had to deal with any problems with my car as their care has kept it running smoothly. My maintenance package will run out sometime this year but I will keep getting my car serviced at Northstar because the experience is worth it in time, money, and happiness. More

FMPP and check of steering Britanny and her supervisor did a great job of having the vehicle FMPP done. But, the big item was the tie rods had been replaced, under warranty, in Britanny and her supervisor did a great job of having the vehicle FMPP done. But, the big item was the tie rods had been replaced, under warranty, in November. The steering did not feel right and the tevhnicians did a great job of addressing the problem. I haven't had a chance to check it on a trip, yet. Everyone was polite and every effort was made to address my concerns. More
