Fiona made me feel right at home, and explained how everything was going to work. I was very impressed with how friendly she was. When I left to go to work, she asked if I needed a transit ticket or a shuttle ride (I had already arranged a ride). I also appreciated the follow-up e-mail and phone call to let me know my vehicle was ready. Pick up was a breeze. As I was in and out in 5 minutes. Well done. More

Took $2000. They are nice BEFORE made a contract. Detail: When I and my wife went to see a dealer on September 2015, I supposed to buy Explorer XLT, but ordered the Limited instead, because of the dealer who was Jason Suitor explained very well about the capabilities of the Limited before I ordered the car. Over two months later, the car came in, but there was few noticeable scratches which were okay for me, but no function installed the dealer told us.-It was Blind Spot Light, my wife always wants the function, so I am for sure he told us it is included as standard. They gave me options which doesn't make sense such as 1. Just pick the (wrong)car up. 2.pay extra and wait more two months. I ordered the 4wheels drive for the winter, but when they finally agreed with re-order of the car, I wasted three weeks again, because the dealer didn't want to have responsibility anymore and the manager, Greg Amir didn't answer well. We had to E-mail several times, and made voice massages keep going. When I asked refund of the $2,000 deposit, they denied. We waited another over two months, but it never comes till early of February. ; the manager told me that he will push it, so it won't wait as much as I did. I couldn't believe that I paid $2,000 of down payment and wait almost 6months for a car. Really disappointed about the Service of North Star Ford, and I had to get another car instead waiting it. I lost my deposit. More

My only challenge was that I have since found that the additional services received could have been received cheaper elsewhere. More

Ford Edge Mav was very helpful in securing our new Edge for us. Walked us through our various options, as the vehicle we wanted was not easily found. Mav and the team made the entire purchase go very smooth and handled everything promptly and professionally. The one compliant we have is that as soon as we obtained our new vehicle, there was no follow up (although it was promised that we'd hear from them within a couple of weeks). Good thing is that we've not had any issues with the Edge. More
