Amazing customer service! Without notice my car broke down and I was able to get in instantly without an appointment. I was well informed and updated with every issue that they Without notice my car broke down and I was able to get in instantly without an appointment. I was well informed and updated with every issue that they found. My car ended up needing extra work and took longer than expected but if was never a problem for me. Ford stuck but their quote and made sure my vehicle was fixed as soon as possible. At the end of the day the cost to me was even less than originally quoted. I was blown away and have never had better customer service in my life. I will continue to use this location because of Mitch. More
