You even made a point of introducing me to the mechanic "Ryan" as he double checked my F150 over the second time as a courtesy because I was concerned about certain things. Service was great as usual The customer service I recieved from the minute I drove in, through the quote, inspection, service, and return of my vehicle was top notch. Brittany was personable, knowledgable, and attentive. She remember me by name when I returned to pick up the vehicle. This is not the first time I have brought my vehicles to North Star ford for service and wont be my last as their people have always treated me well. My only issue was the amount I had to pay to have my 3 issues looked at was each charged seperatly by the hour rate, even though the total inspection took less then an hour. I know this is typical dealership and big business policy but it still bugs me every time :) More
