What A Long Way You've Come! When I first started going to Northstar in 2013/14 the service was awful...so awful I wrote to the CEO of Ford Canada. I don't know of course what wen When I first started going to Northstar in 2013/14 the service was awful...so awful I wrote to the CEO of Ford Canada. I don't know of course what went on from there but all I can say is now I wouldn't bring my vehicle anywhere else. Everyone is friendly (they weren't before) & they make me feel like they really value my business...and yes, I have written to the CEO about that too. Of course it goes without saying they do a great job on my vehicle. So thank you Northstar for hearing your customers. And what a fabulous thing to do for the evacuees of Ft Mac...generous beyond words. A very special thank you for that. More

Excellent execution of service agreement I bought my Mustang new from Marlborough Ford, but for a variety of reasons I have found North Star Ford the superior location for me to have my vehic I bought my Mustang new from Marlborough Ford, but for a variety of reasons I have found North Star Ford the superior location for me to have my vehicle serviced. But the primary overiding reason for going there is the people. Fiona has been my primary contact over the years and has provided me with great advice, been up front informing me of additional cost if required, kept me informed of progress, and minor repairs required. Rob has always been available and welcoming from my first visit. The overall experience is that they cared about my needs, my vehicles need, and the company they work for. During the situation with the fires in Fort MacMurray, North Star has been a focus for relief efforts. I sensed the geuine concern for their fellow employees caught up in this disaster. Commendable and to be honest, very touching to see the compassion. More

Endless Service Very poor service, with no regard for customer requests. Also, I had my vehicle in for a detail. It was done very poorly. The service team seemed helpful at first and said they would redo the detail at no cost. However, the vehicle is still very dirty. There are multiple spots that were never even touched. The team didn't even bother to clean the back of the vehicle. They ended up keeping my vehicle in the shop for nearly a week and made me cover half of a rental vehicle for their mistake. Worst experience I have had at a dealership. More
