Amazing Service Experience This week I took my Ford F350 in for a routine oil change, this is when I learned that I would need to have the brakes done, I knew this would be expe This week I took my Ford F350 in for a routine oil change, this is when I learned that I would need to have the brakes done, I knew this would be expensive. They were unable to fit me on this day which was fine because I use my truck for work. I brought it in later that week, and the experience I had with Fiona was unbelievable. She kept in close contact with me the whole time my truck was in the shop, making sure I knew when my truck would be finished and ready. This was important for me because again without my truck I cannot get any work done. She made the experience feel very personal and inviting, and I will always bring my truck back to Northstar Ford. I could of brought my truck anywhere to have it's brakes done, but I will always return because of this service experience! More
