Great personal service I bought my truck here, I've had it repaired here and as long as Northstar maintains their friendly efficient service going, I'll keep coming back. This time was for a service and a couple of recalls. I wanted too drop off my truck the night before, as it suited me. My Service Advisor Jennifer, could not have been more friendly or helpful. My truck was ready for collection the following day as promised. I have one very minor criticism...... My truck was filthy and I asked for it to be washed - which it was. For twenty bucks, couldn't a basic 'wash and shammy' be included as part of any service? That would show amazing customer service for very little cost? Just a thought and hardly a criticism. More
