Can't fix anything Every time I take my vehicle there I end up having to then take it back a week later. This most recent time I had my regular service and my tires rotated, now my engine won't overheat. The vehicle littearlly says; pull over now. Thanks Northstar. Last time I went in, I didn't even make it 1km down the road before my check engine light came on. My vehicle is a 2014 this shouldn't happen... my 1988 beat up truck was more reliable. To make things worse the service sucks. Last time I was there the shuttle driver got mad at me because apparently my drop off location was too close to the train station. He insisted I take the train and not the shuttle. So this time; I book my appointment, I'm assured by the person who did the booking that they supply train tickets...on the day of, no tickets...great. More

Miss communication cleared up. I am not from Calgary and was told how long my appointment should take. No Pressure! We had an amazing experience at Northstar Ford. We first went to Northstar because we were interested in the Explorer... Ahmed met us with a smile an We had an amazing experience at Northstar Ford. We first went to Northstar because we were interested in the Explorer... Ahmed met us with a smile and an open manner, feeling us out as to where we were at in our journey and showed us what they had, including some other models that were weren't familiar with. We said we had just started shopping and he gave us his card and invited us to check out other dealerships and to call him with any questions. We visited a couple of other dealerships (not Ford) and were so turned off by their sales tactics and lack of knowledge that we returned to Northstar within a day or two. Ahmed was very helpful and we found the car we wanted. Mike in Finance was very helpful with all the paperwork and options for maintenance, etc. and Chelsea was super in explaining the numerous bells and whistles on our new Edge. Everyone from reception to the guys washing the cars in the lot were super friendly which made our experience a pleasure. We won't hesitate to return to Northstar for our next vehicle! Great Experience as usual! Great experience, last covered work done on the full maintenance package and warranty (almost at 100K). Will continue to take my F-150 to Northstar a Great experience, last covered work done on the full maintenance package and warranty (almost at 100K). Will continue to take my F-150 to Northstar as the staff (Fiona mostly) really seems to be looking after my best interest and my truck. The only small issue I have is that Ford is a little pricey on the tires which is out of the Service groups control - Parts I hope you can adjust. Fiona, Rob and Nathan have always been fantastic and done their best to look after me even when I am a little demanding. Highly recommend that you take your vehicle there! More
