not very friendly- in fact quite rude upon arriving I brought my vehicle in for servicing to Northstar Ford in May. The girl who greeted and took my light test was by far the rudest Ford employee I've e I brought my vehicle in for servicing to Northstar Ford in May. The girl who greeted and took my light test was by far the rudest Ford employee I've ever encountered. I've always had very good service at Ford and was quite disappointed during my last visit with this one lady who was appointed to take care of me that day. I hope I never have t deal with her again. On a brighter note- I was treated very well (as usual) by everyone else at Northstar. Asked if I wanted a coffee- and asked if I needed help by at least 3 - 4 other employees. More

Vehicle Maintenance Northstar Ford Service Dept. has always been prompt with service and communicated with me very well. My vehicle is ready often early in the day and in Northstar Ford Service Dept. has always been prompt with service and communicated with me very well. My vehicle is ready often early in the day and in most cases the work was all completed. I had hope to have my trunk latch fixed but of course it wasn't acting up when it was in for the regular maintenance (twice now). This is a bit of a problem as my vehicle is two years old and now I'm into a deductible. I hope to stop by when it is acting up and have it fixed under warrantee. Other than that minor problem, Northstar has been fabulous to deal with. More

Very positive The staff at Northstar Ford were extremely helpful, if it were not for their efforts I would be in dire straights right now. Kurt Greve found me The staff at Northstar Ford were extremely helpful, if it were not for their efforts I would be in dire straights right now. Kurt Greve found me the right truck right away after listening to my needs and requirements. Sinny Vannath was amazing! He really went to bat for me, pushed through my financing issues and found me a lender just when it seemed that financing would not be an option. My family eats and has a roof over their head because of Sinny's efforts. He kept my company afloat, without the truck, I simply don't make money. Upon accepting delivery Kurt Greve buffed a fairly decent scratch out of the side of the truck (Mostly) and sent me on my way with a touch up pen for any other issues I found with the paint. The truck is perfect so far and a big improvement upon what I was driving before. After losing my last truck, this experience was definitely positive enough to see me through the stress, frustration and cost of being put in a position through no fault of my own that required me to replace my truck on the fly. I would highly recommend Northstar Ford to all my friends and family and I would happily deal with them in the future if buying another vehicle. Thanks again guys! More
