Excellent customer service in resolving a cracked windshield I brought my vehicle in for service and when I came back later that day to pick it up I noticed a crack in the windshield. Polite, efficient and courteous When I called for service, they obviously use some kind of "call display" and the person I spoke with had my information on screen. She listened to what I wanted and was able to suit my schedule for bringing the vehicle in. I took it in on the evening before and Scott was very efficient in getting the paperwork done. He was also very clear as to what the charges were going to be. Vehicle was ready the next morning and their shuttle service was able to pick me up and take me to the dealership within 1/2 an hour. Efficient checkout and payment at the cashier as well. More

Was not pleased with the service on my vehicle. I had recently sent my vehicle into ford for an alignment on my truck. Found that the alignment was fine but my front two tires were worn down in the I had recently sent my vehicle into ford for an alignment on my truck. Found that the alignment was fine but my front two tires were worn down in the middle of the tire. Which means that the tires were over inflated. So after finding out that I may have too much air in my tire I proceeded to check the air pressure myself since I know that the air was good from before I had the truck in as well as just having an alignment done that the pressure should be correct. But nope all tires were of different pressure. So you tell me did I just pay for an alignment that may have not been done and I just waisted a 100 bucks. Wow. Thanks ford. I appreciate the service. I will definently recommend you guys to some one that I know!!! More
