A greeting and follow up with Rob the service manager is a nice touch. A quick check -out and I am on my way. I religiously use dealerships for service and it doesn't get any better than NorthStar! Great customer service I have been going to Northstar Ford now for about 1 1/2 years now. That is when I bought my F150 from them. Every time I come to get service done, the I have been going to Northstar Ford now for about 1 1/2 years now. That is when I bought my F150 from them. Every time I come to get service done, the customer service from the Service Manager, the advisors and the cashiers is always outstanding. All of them are always friendly and very helpful. Because of this customer service I now get all 3 of my Fords serviced there. I would recommend Northstar Ford to everyone I know. Keep up the great job!! More

Car there all day twice and nothing done I had my truck in to get a tonneau cover seal replaced. First time in they ordered the wrong part, but kept my car all day only to have nothing done.
