Water pump repair I was informed my water pump was leaking. I had gone over my powertrain warranty by 160 km, and was getting ready for a protracted argument with Ford I was informed my water pump was leaking. To my surprise, the service advisor already had begun the process, and Ford picked up the lion's share of the repair! Thank you, Northstar! More

Friendly and helpful service. This was my first visit at Northstar Ford and I was impressed. Cassandra was very helpful, telling me about the special prices on such things as wheel This was my first visit at Northstar Ford and I was impressed. Cassandra was very helpful, telling me about the special prices on such things as wheel alignment, fall check up etc. Also I found out that my leaking axial seals will be covered under the extended warranty...I did not have to argue about it. After the sevice, I found out that I needed to get my brakes done in the next visit, Cassandra told me she will let me know how much this will cost, so that is great, no surprises after the service is done.
