Friendly staff, but has taken 3 visits to address all issues Staff were friendly and prompt at informing me about the work on my car. However, this was my second visit in 2 weeks - the first was for my 96,000 km Staff were friendly and prompt at informing me about the work on my car. However, this was my second visit in 2 weeks - the first was for my 96,000 km check up/maintenance and to investigate a squeaking sound under the car. The sound was not taken care of and I had to come for a second visit - sound was diagnosed in the back end and I picked up the parts to do the work myself. I noticed on the mechanics notes on my bill that he had heard a "crunching sound" in the front, but it was not diagnosed. This sound remains and I will be going in for a third visit to have a drive around with a mechanic this week. More

Very friendly and helpful I came in without an appointment when the technician installing my auto start at Visions was unable to register the unit. They suspected that the sec I came in without an appointment when the technician installing my auto start at Visions was unable to register the unit. They suspected that the security system was locked out from adding keys. Damian was able to able to help me within 15 minutes of arriving and was very accommodating in working with Visions to help resolve the problem. It took a little back and forth but Damian was always accessible and very helpful. More
