She kept me up to date as to what was going on and when my vehicle required an overnight stay and I wouldn't be able to pick it up, she worked with me to find a solution so that I would have the vehicle back when it was finished. And when another issue popped up after the weekend, Fiona got me right in, got me a ride home and promised to call with an update as soon as they knew what was up. More

The mechanic did find a minor oil leak and some other minor issues, and repairs were completed in a timely manner with many of the costs paid under warranty. Throughout this process, Brittany kept me informed of the findings, time required, and the projected costs. More

She kept in touch with me while I was dealing with my insurance company. I enjoy dealing with Northstar service, so much so I have moved doing service to all my vehicles. Great job Northstar. More

Ford can't meet their own deadlines i bought a brand new SUV in summer of 2016, Nd was told the vehicle would he ready to pick up in 1 week. After that week had come and gone, i got a ph i bought a brand new SUV in summer of 2016, Nd was told the vehicle would he ready to pick up in 1 week. After that week had come and gone, i got a phone call saying they forgot to fax their inventory lot about my purchase and would need to wait another week. Today, i brought my vehicle in for a minor service job and said i'd like to wait in the lobby if the work wouldnt take too long. I was given an estimate of 45 minutes so opted to wait, as stated. I kept waiting for over 2 hours, assuming they had run in to some delays. I checked in with staff who and they said my vehicle was still waiting its turn and had not been looked at yet. The staff at this location seems to have a running problem with meeting their own expectations when it comes to time tables. More
