Th Having owned several different Ford vehicles and experienced a dozen different Ford service centers, Northstar Ford in Crowfoot is by FAR the best. The staff is always helpful and friendly. On my most recent visit, I was helped by Cassandra. She was a pleasure to deal with, especially considering that I showed up to drop off my truck 10 minutes before close. We did a quick run-through and she made note of a rattle that was driving me crazy. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Replacement part is on order and that rattle will be gone in no time. Thanks Cassandra! We live in the SW and it is worth the drive to the NW for the peace of mind we get at Northstar Ford Crowfoot.
