I was very happy with the speed of the service department and the process where staff are available for efficient flow. The processing and quality of the work was very good. One caution for customers; I have a '16 F-350 Crew cab with 40 k on it and needed oil change and fuel filters (I had recently changed air filter myself). When being asked if you want the entire service from Ford be advised, if I was to get the tires rotated and all the work done it would be well over $1000!!! I elected to get an oil change, fuel filters changed, and a $100 detail. Final bill was $650. Customers are advised to get a quotation before getting work done at any dealership. More

Very Accommodating I had stopped into the Northstar dealership to find out if they sold a paint touchup for my running board on my F150. The guy at the parts desk told I had stopped into the Northstar dealership to find out if they sold a paint touchup for my running board on my F150. The guy at the parts desk told me to ask the service people if the repair was covered by my warranty. I talked to Rob, the Service Director and it turned out is was covered. After the part was delivered, I took my truck in on the next Friday morning. It was ready to go just 2 hours later thanks to Liane. More
