Quick, reasonable and honest I booked and oil change for my car and they were able to get me in quicker than I thought. Although friendly once I got to the desk, walking in and waiting I was kind of ignored. It would be great for anyone to say "we'll be with you in a minute'" just so your presence is acknowledged. The oil change was really quick - 40 minutes - and although I authorized an air filter change it was not required so they did not put one in, which I really appreciated because how do I know if its dirty? If I know I can trust them, then I will be back. More

Disconnected service experience The service experience was positive however the problem is still not fixed. Went in 3 times to fix powertrain issues and it is still not complete. Suggestion was to come in early to get a manger to ride around and assess the issue (noisy grinding sound over 20km/hr) and at 7am when I dropped off there was no "manager" available so was told they would do it themselves. Picked it up later in the day and noise was not fixed or tested so not sure what solution was implemented. Came back a third time and pinions were replaced and at check out service person indicated the noise is gone and it was tested so. Reality is exact opposite so I don't know if this location has hearing issues or if the service guys are snowing the front counter girls as I asked specifically of a road test was completed tocheck the vibration and noise level (grinding ) was eliminated. So I am going to check out another local dealer to get this resolved. More
Service with understanding I was in the NW the other day when a warning light came on in my Edge. I was far from my normal servicing dealer here in Calgary but thought I would s I was in the NW the other day when a warning light came on in my Edge. I was far from my normal servicing dealer here in Calgary but thought I would stop in the see if North star could answer a few questions regarding my light ( check engine )and whether it was safe to drive or not. I parked and went inside ,was greeted warmly by Liane in service, I explained my situation. She was very knowledgeable, asked me a few questions which allowed her to reassure me that I could in fact drive the Edge without worry for a few days. Even though my Ford is serviced elsewhere , she did not make it uncomfortable at all, in fact I felt like she truly enjoys helping people. Thank you for your information and assuring me I was safe to continue on until I had the time to get the truck looked at. I appreciate your help. If I'm ever in need in the north again, I know exactly where to go and who to see. More

Very friendly but didn't pay attention to mechanical detail We brought our 2014 F150 in before the 100K warranty expired. Had two days of warranty work done. Immediately after the truck made a metal on metal We brought our 2014 F150 in before the 100K warranty expired. Had two days of warranty work done. Immediately after the truck made a metal on metal grinding noise. Phoned in and were told it wouldn't damage the vehicle to drive it so no hurry - once diagnosed we were told we couldn't drive it until it was fixed due to damaging the engine. Over the phone I was told it had nothing to do with the warranty work and was a new issue. Told twice that it was a new issue and had nothing to do with the two days of work by the service agent. Upon diagnosis the mechanic installed the incorrect relator plate inside the bell housing. The agent insisted it had nothing to do with the warranty work and said the belts were not touched during the two day warranty work - we then pointed out 3 times the belts were removed on the work summary. The mechanic realized the issue was the bell housing. Now the insulating pan cover under the truck is falling off - contacted the service agent today to get new screws - we have zap strapped it on - have not yet heard back. The number provided by Ford is their general number. Either provide a direct number or ask our service agent for our contact information. She will know. More
