Good Customer Service. Too Expensive. The customer service provided was great and the work done on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. However, the prices are outrageous. Although I knew the prices at the dealership would be higher than other repair shops, I had to make a quick decision as to where to get my vehicle towed. However, I was a little choked to see that they charged me $40 to put a new battery in my FOB. It cost $10 for the battery and $30 for labour. They charged me 20 minutes of labour time to change one little battery. A service like this should be complimentary as it takes little to no effort to complete. Clearly, the cost does not reflect the service rendered. The fact that Ford doesn’t offer these small courtesies shows that they place little value on customer retention. I do not feel like a valued customer. Instead, I feel like they nickel and dimed me. They will not be my first choice go-forward. I gave a rating of 3 because their customer service was fine and the work was done fast. However, the prices aren’t worth coming back for. More

Very Good Service Was having electronics problems with my new Edge that required disconnecting the battery to prevent wearing down the battery. Took it in for servicin Was having electronics problems with my new Edge that required disconnecting the battery to prevent wearing down the battery. Took it in for servicing. Fiona was very helpful, fully explained that as the electronic problem required disconnecting the battery - that had caused a system reset. However, service department would keep Edge for the day and try to replicate electronic problem. Unfortunately they were not able to replicate problem. Fiona did advise that if problem should happen again, to take Edge directly to service department so that they can provide service while problem is active. More

Needed 2nd key cut with chip. Cassandra was great. I dropped off F-150 to get a new key cut. She was very thorough in explaining the details and cost and approximate time. Vehic Cassandra was great. I dropped off F-150 to get a new key cut. She was very thorough in explaining the details and cost and approximate time. Vehicle was done and back to me in half the time expected. Bill was exactly as she stated. Very happy with service. Highly recommend them and again Cassandra was fantastic. More

There are spills in the engine bay with brake fluid Truck is now leaving stains wherever I park... I can't believe the techs. didn't bother clean the mess or simply put a rag underneath the reservoir to catch the spills.. This is NOT what I expect from a dealership. Also Alex (service advisor) did not care about being service oriented when I asked a few questions when I dropped off my truck. I guess nobody has told him to have a service oriented attitude... One last one.. why on earth you let your people have a dog in the area on the desk to pay for service work?? More
