Unfortunately however, this is the third time I've had to bring my truck back to fix the 3M film on the bumper since buying it new earlier this year, and it's still not fixed. The first time I brought it in, the 3M peeled again within a day or two, when questioned they said they'd fix it again. The next time their technician went home sick and they couldn't fix it; then finally this time I was told he never made it to work in the first place. Going without my truck for a day to fix something which should have been dealt with before even receiving it is very frustrating, and to think I'll need to now go a fourth day without a vehicle again is beyond ridiculous. More

I was very picky on what one I wanted and North Star was the only dealership in all of western Canada that order it in. Staff always very friendly. My only complaint was the final price. I was given a price over the phone but the price didn't include my discount though my employer. When I arrived the price was adjusted but the savings was only 6 dollars and was never explained clear. I still don't see how my plan only saves 6 dollars vs. someone off the street. I feel that I signed the first price and once they realized that I had a discount they adjusted the dealer discount to match the first price and in the end made more money If this exact truck was at another dealer I would have purchased it there, but they had supply and demand in their favor More

Amazing service from start to finish! I have needed some work on my fleet car for a little while as it was not feeling right while accelerating. As I discussed my issues with the Service Writer, Liane, she knew by my description what the issue was and called me later that day to confirm what her thought was. They needed to re book me in for another time as the parts they needed were on back order. She called me within a few weeks to book my next appointment in and everything was smooth with no problems. Now my car actually drives like it should and all was dealt with in a timely manner and very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable dealership. I work in the automotive industry and I have had some bad experiences and am very satisfied with how this dealership and their team has been professional, courteous and friendly through the whole process!
